Happy Hallowe’en!
This year, neighborhood kids will be getting a few Hallowe’en pencils. (Don’t worry, I’m not cruel – this is in addition to the usual chocolates and such.)

haha! yes, we love pencils but we acknowledge that most kids would be pissed if they got “only” pencils and no candy!

Actually this post inspired me to sit out in the porch with the bowl of candy and give out coloring pages that I sketched on the spot. Gave out a few, but of course the kids always prefer the candy.
